Our Shift Leaders are the ultimate team players, ensuring that shifts run smoothly and our guests walk away happy. They’re excellent communicators. Crew Members see them as mentors and inspirational leaders. They plan each shift and make sure the team meets Biscuitville’s high standards. Shift Leaders should have experience in the industry. They should be self-motivated and enthusiastic about taking on more responsibility and learning new skills.

Assistant Managers report directly to our Operators and support them in every aspect of restaurant operations. They help keep the Crew and Shift Leaders focused during peak-volume periods, and they excel at thinking on their feet to resolve issues. Like our Operators, they act as mentors to our Crew Members, motivating them to do their best and learn from their mistakes. They’re capable of running the restaurant in the Operator’s absence. They embrace our company values and know that having fun is critical to our success.
Our Operators lead and manage their restaurant’s operation, developing a culture that celebrates teamwork and individual growth. They mentor Assistant Managers, coaching them to set their own goals. They follow up to ensure that both guests and team members have a rewarding experience. Operators are good time-managers. They generate financial results with the understanding that sales and profits are the direct result of earning the loyalty of their team and community. More importantly, they appreciate work/life balance and create a fun environment for everyone in their restaurant.
Our Distribution Center is the hub of our logistical operations. Team members there work to get ingredients and supplies out to the restaurants that need them.
