“We Fear No Biscuits” is quite a gutsy claim to make, but it is seriously how we feel. For over 40 years we have been serving
up biscuits the old-fashioned way…from scratch! We still start with shortening, flour & buttermilk.
All ingredients are mixed, kneaded, rolled and cut by the hands of artisans…perfectionists at what they
do and passionate about producing the perfect biscuit. Our eggs are real eggs. They come in shells…not cartons.
And, who ever heard of round bacon? We don’t even allow microwaves in our restaurants for our employees to use.
The bottom line….we’re picky and obsessive about being the best and not cutting corners because we feel our guests deserve
nothing less.
